An Invitation for Self Development Process


We all know the feeling…

Something is bothering, spoiling our quality of life, preventing us from living a satisfying life the way we would have wished for . It can be disease, suffering or anything else in ourselves and in our world, something we would like to improve.

Perhaps, like the "ringing of a bell", we suddenly understood that something which has been part of us for years, is causing us ( and sometimes even those who surround us) only suffering, and that it's about time to get rid of patterns that are no more helpful to us. Other times it's about some field in our lives we would like to improve. For example, make a professional change, create a better relationship with our partner, or at work, improve our relationship with those who surround us, , amplify our self love and more.

However, even after we arrived at the comprehension that we need change, many of us refrain from treading the first step in the new path. There are various reasons: Apprehension from failure and at times actually from success, the feeling that just now there are not enough mental forces or time to the required process and the recognition that any change we'll make, even if the most desirable one, will take us back from our area of convenience (our familiar world) where the rules are clear and well known, to the unknown.
